AN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ENGINE
The top priority of the Entrata project is to create an economic development engine for the region. The primary initial development at Entrata will be focused on the Business and Technology Park along Interstate 11 in the White Hills Area. This development will be anchored by the existing 9,000-foot runway, which will provide future opportunities for regional distribution and logistics.
ESTABLISHING NEW JOBS
Entrata’s establishment of a Business and Technology Park will lead to the creation of hundreds and then thousands of job opportunities over time. As businesses set up their operations in the business park, they will hire local residents for their various positions, which will greatly increase employment in the area and improve the overall economic well-being of the community.
A FIRST-RATE RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY
Entrata will include first-rate residential communities, with a range of housing options, new roads, parks and open space. To support these new communities the development will include the installation of the first centralized water and wastewater treatment facilities for the region, as well as public facilities such as schools, police and fire stations.
